electropolishing stainless steel

Electropolishing provides a smoother brighter finish for stainless steel.  It removes surface contaminants which improves corrosion resistance  and appearance of stainless steel.

Passivation provides full corrosion resistance by removing the iron deposits and other materials that are left on stainless steel after fabrication.  Passivating helps keep stainles steel from rusting and brings back the passive layer of stainless steel.

Pickle passivation will remove weld scale and other contaminants from the part.

• Electropolish 304 and 316 stainless along with 17-4 and 17-6 steel and some 400 series stainless.

• Citric and nitric pickle passivation of 304 and 316 stainless.

• Polish and passivate small and medium size parts.
• Polishing or passivation of one part to large production runs.
